The Monte estate in Lazise is the perfect place to grow Mediterranean produce from Lake Garda. Josef Kofler puts his heart and soul into looking after the estate and spends many hours of his free time cultivating vegetables, fruit, herbs, olives, wine and olive oil.

From Lake Garda directly to our kitchen on the Seiser Alm
As soon as the fresh produce from Lake Garda is ripe, it is harvested and brought directly to Sporthotel Floralpina by Josef Kofler. There, these high-quality ingredients are transformed into delicious dishes that our guests can enjoy every day, especially in summer.
