Your reservation becomes binding once you receive our written booking confirmation and we have received the agreed deposit.

Our hotel is entirely non-smoking. We kindly ask you to smoke only in the designated outdoor areas.

Your room is available from 2:00 pm on the day of your arrival. On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am.

To ensure peace and relaxation for all our guests, we unfortunately cannot allow dogs in our hotel.

Cancellations must be made in writing and received by us within the deadlines specified below.

Cancellation Terms
Up to 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation
29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
14 to 8 days before arrival: 60% of the agreed total price
From 7 days before arrival: 70% of the agreed total price

The total price includes accommodation, the booked meal plan, and any additional services booked.

If not all booked beds are used or are cancelled, the above percentages apply only to the unused or cancelled beds.

No-Show

In the event of a no-show without timely cancellation, 70% of the agreed total price will be charged.

Early Departure

In the event of an early departure, all services already used will be charged in full.

For the remaining unused nights and booked services, 70% of the agreed price will be charged.

Yes, your room is cleaned daily. Upon request, we will refrain from daily room cleaning and towel changes during your stay. This helps us protect the environment together.

Please let us know the name of the vehicle owner or driver, the vehicle type, and the license plate number before your arrival. We will then create a digital transit permit for you, which you must present in case of checks. The permit contains your arrival and departure date and is valid for the corresponding period.

Yes, on the day of your arrival and departure, you can drive on the Seiser Alm at any time.

Yes, our hotel is easily and directly accessible by car in both summer and winter.

Our hotel is conveniently accessible by public transport. Depending on your starting point, you can use planes, trains, buses, and cable cars. You can find more information here: Arrival at Seiser Alm.

Yes, our underground parking garage with ample parking spaces is available to you. Parking is included for all room categories.

Yes, we have electric charging stations. Usage is subject to a fee.

Yes, upon request and for an additional fee, you can use our wellness area until 19:00 on the day of your departure.

Yes, we offer an in-house e-bike rental. Since the number is limited, we recommend an early reservation. Alternatively, we are happy to organize suitable e-bikes through a local sports rental. Usage is not included in the room price.

Yes, a ski rental is located directly in the house.

Yes, ski courses and private lessons can be booked directly through our hotel.

For your hikes, we are happy to provide backpacks and hiking poles.

Our tennis court is available to both our house guests and external guests. It is easily reachable with our golf cart.

The tennis court can be used daily from 08:00 to 21:00. Please reserve in advance.

For our house guests, the price is € 20 per hour. External guests pay € 35 per hour.

Daily from 07:30 to 10:30.

Our evening menu for house guests is served daily from 18:45 to 20:30. Every Sunday, we additionally invite you to an aperitivo evening from 18:00 to 18:45.

Our public restaurant is open daily from 12:00 to 18:00. From 12:00 to 14:00, we spoil you with our lunch offer, consisting of a 3-course menu and a children's menu. In the afternoon, from 16:00, homemade cakes, fine coffee specialties, as well as selected aperitifs and cocktails invite you to a delightful break.
