The Pleasure of Quality and Authenticity
Discover our own wines, premium extra virgin olive oil and homemade jams. Many of the ingredients come directly from our mountain hut on the Seiser Alm or from our Tenuta Monte estate on Lake Garda, reflecting the richness and quality of two extraordinary regions.

A special highlight are the handcrafted flavoured salts and syrups created by our chef Andreas Schwienbacher. Available to purchase and take home, they allow you to savour a small piece of South Tyrol's authentic flavours long after your stay.

The Signature of Andreas Schwienbacher

Andreas Schwienbacher is regarded as one of South Tyrol's most renowned chefs. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in prestigious establishments across South Tyrol, Switzerland, Australia and Austria, including Hotel La Maiena and the Deluxe Hotel & Spa Resort Alpenpalace.

In 2015, he was recognised as the youngest head chef in South Tyrol's five star hotel industry. In 2016, he won the renowned culinary competition "The Mountain Chef Unplugged" held on the Schwemmalm in the Ulten Valley. Two years later, Gault Millau honoured him as the youngest South Tyrolean chef to be awarded three toques. With the opening of the gourmet restaurant La Fleur, he further strengthened his reputation and established himself as one of the leading figures in South Tyrol's fine dining scene.

Today, Andreas Schwienbacher combines South Tyrol's alpine culinary heritage with Mediterranean influences and international inspiration. At the heart of his cuisine are premium regional ingredients, outstanding craftsmanship and a passion for transforming simple products into memorable gastronomic experiences.

Right next to our hotel you will find our own herb garden. The quality of our ingredients is one of our highest priorities. For this reason, we work closely with carefully selected farmers, butchers and bakers from the region, choosing fresh and authentic products whenever possible. The result is a cuisine that reflects the true character of the region, celebrating genuine flavours, exceptional ingredients and a deep respect for local traditions.

Products from Lake Garda
As not everything grows on the mountain pasture - after all, we are here at 1750 metres - we have a field on Lake Garda in Lazise. Mr Kofler grows aromatic and healthy vegetables, fruit and olive oil there on the Monte estate and harvests it himself. And since grapes also happen to grow there, it only makes sense to create a delicious wine from them - which we love and which our guests also appreciate!
