Andreas Schwienbacher is regarded as one of South Tyrol's most renowned chefs. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in prestigious establishments across South Tyrol, Switzerland, Australia and Austria, including Hotel La Maiena and the Deluxe Hotel & Spa Resort Alpenpalace.
In 2015, he was recognised as the youngest head chef in South Tyrol's five star hotel industry. In 2016, he won the renowned culinary competition "The Mountain Chef Unplugged" held on the Schwemmalm in the Ulten Valley. Two years later, Gault Millau honoured him as the youngest South Tyrolean chef to be awarded three toques. With the opening of the gourmet restaurant La Fleur, he further strengthened his reputation and established himself as one of the leading figures in South Tyrol's fine dining scene.
