The mild climate of Lake Garda favours an abundant cultivation of fruit and vegetables during almost the entire year. At our Monte Manor we grow mainly fruit and vegetables, olives and wine. Josef Kofler lovingly cultivates his residence and spends many hours of his free time to make the most out of the vegetables, fruit, herbs and wine.

As soon as the organic products are ready, they are harvested and Josef Kofler brings the fresh organic products directly to the Sporthotel Floralpina. Master Chef Marek then processes the products into delicious dishes and our guests (especially in summer) can enjoy them every day.
