Sweating makes beautiful, fit and healthy. Sweat through our saunas:
- Biosauna: This is a sauna variant, in which the temperature does not rise higher than 60°C and the humidity is about 50%. Due to the low temperature no infusions can be made. Instead, often trays are set up with aromatic oils.
- Finnish sauna: This type of sauna usually consists of a small wooden hut that is either outdoors or integrated into a house. The air is particularly dry here. The temperature is between 80 and 100°C.
- Steam sauna: A classic steam sauna has 100% humidity at about 50° C and visible fog so you can hardly recognize its neighbors. This sauna is very humid
