What could be better than getting products from a farm of the Alp di Siuisi?
Thanks to the "Plattkofelalm", this is possible during the summer months. Almost daily we get fresh butter, bread ham, and mountain cheese.
The Plattkofelalm is definitely worth a hike. Maybe then you can even spot the cows and goats, the "suppliers" of the organic butter and cheese from your buffet, while grazing.
Behind the hotel's own Stadl, we are planting a herb garden every year. From there we get chives, parsley, but also salad, every day and use it for our fresh food.
