Good to know…
- Reservations are confirmed after you receive a written confirmation and transfer a deposit payment.
- On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 3 pm; on the day of departure the rooms have to be vacated by 11 am.
- Payment: We accept cash payments (please note the Italian cash payment limit), cheque or credit card (except Diners and AMEX).
- This is a no-smoking hotel. You can smoke outdoors.
- Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee floor level, location or room number within a certain category.
- Our cancellation policy:
- Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 30 days before arrival
- Cancellations made 29 – 15 days before arrival: 40% of the booked package
- Cancellations made 14 – 8 days before arrival: 60% of the booked package
- Cancellation from 7 days before arrival and no-show: 70% of the booked package
Regulation in case of early departure: in case of the early departure of a guest / guests, the guest or the person who has booked the stay has to pay the full rate for the amount of days they stayed and 70% of the agreed total price for the remaining days.
The agreed total price is the rate for accommodation, board and other services that were agreed. Cancellation has to be in writing and has to reach the host within the above stated time frame (30, 15 or 8 days) prior to the agreed date of arrival.
In case of no-show without cancellation 70% of the agreed total price will be charged. If the booked amount of beds is not used or cancelled, the percentage applies to the agreed rate for the non-used or cancelled beds.
