Children are allowed only with grownups assistance to the swimmingpool. The parents have the responsibility for their children. Respect other guest !
"Four legs friends": Euro 15,00 to 20,00 per day (no food provided). As respect for the other guests, dogs are not allowed into the dining room and the indoor swimming-pool. We advise you to bring your own cover or basket.
Your reservation will be valid only after you have paid the deposit and received a written confirmation from us. The deposit required amounts to Euro 250,00 per person/week.

The prices may be subject to variations.
In case of anticipated departure or delayed arrival you will have to pay 70% of the entire tariff for the first three days and 50% from the fourth day on. You will not be refunded if you cancel your reservation because of bad atmospheric conditions or snow.
Renunciation insurance:
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With the cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.

For a more than 3 days stay, you may use a bathrobe and a pear of slippers for free. Other wise we will charge you Euro 8,00.
Underground garage Euro 10,00 per day.
Wireless-Lan connection for personal laptop in the housebar is available , we charge Euro 4,00 per hour.
Massages and different baths.
The appointments that where not cancelled 24 hours before, will be put on the bill.
Out of respect for the guests that reserved the room after your leaving, smoking in the hotel's room and bathroom is strictly forbidden.
We would like to mention that organisation reasons won't allow us to respect always the room preferences of our guests, without changing the category of the confirmed room.
PS. Categorie of rooms for short staying cannot be guaranteed. Prices will be according to the categorie.
Rooms can be either in the main house or in Hubertus, where there is no lift.
For the bills settlement we accept cash or cheques.
We prefer arrival and departure on the week-ends.
Check-in time: 2 p.m.
Check-out time: 11 a.m.
How to reach us:
From south: Brennero motorway until Bolzano Nord, then main road until Prato Isarco and then road to Fié, Siusi, Alpe di Siusi, Saltria.
From north: motorway until Chiusa and then the state road to Ponte Gardena, Castelrotto, Alpe di Siusi, Saltria.
Even though roads in winter are usually kept clear and in good conditions do not forget snow tyres and snow chains.
The Sporthotel Floralpina is situated in the hearth of the Natural Parc Alpe di Siusi and therefore only reachable with a special permission given from the Ranger at the entrance of the natural parc. If office is closed please ask at the reception of the hotel to print out your permission. During your stay you are allowed to leave the parc by car till 10 a.m. or after 5 p.m.

The Sporthotel Floralpina is situated on the sunny Alpe di Siusi. Skilifts and slopes are approx. 50 meters from the hotel away with direct access to. Ski rental and skipass office are around 200 meters away.
You can make one-day trips to interesting places in the surroundings, like Christmas Markets in Bolzano, Bressanone and Merano, Messners Mountain Museum Firmian, South Tyrol's Museum of Archaeology ("Ötzi" - the Similaun Ice Man), the gardens of Trautmansdorff Castle.
