Information:
All rooms are fitted with shower/WC (some bathrooms with bidet), direct-dial telephone, TV and safe
As respect for the guests that reserved the room after your leaving, smoking in the hotel's room and bathroom is strictly forbidden
We would like to mention that organisation reasons won't allow us to respect always the room preferences of our guests, without changing the categora of the confirmed room
Included in the price:
Wellness Area (approximately 520 m²): indoor swimming-pool, 3 kinds of sauna, hot whirl-pool, fitness area. Every week a guided full-day skiing tour "Sella Ronda" (except Christmas and the Carnival week).
Against payment:
For a stay of more than 3 days, you may use a bathrobe and a pair of slippers for free. Otherwise we will charge you Euro 8,00 per day. Underground garage € 12,00 a day.
Wireless-Lan connection for personal laptop in the "stube", with € 4,00 pro hour.
Reductions for children sharing parents' room:
- up to 3 years -70%,
- from 3 to 6 years -50%,
- from 6 to 10 years -30%.
- Children who have their own room or who share a double room will pay full price.
Reduction for extra adult bed: -20 %.
In the wellness area children are allowed only with grownups assistance.
The parents have the responsability for their children.
"Four legs friends": Euro 15,00 per day (no food provided). Dogs are not allowed into the dining room and into the Wellness Centre. We advise you to bring your own cover or basket.
For our guests:
- rich breakfast buffet
- choice of menues and vegetables and salads buffet at dinner
- Thursdays and Sundays: buffet or gala lunch

We reserve the right to vary the prices indicated above in case of an unexpected increase of costs. Minimum stay over Christmas and New Year: 12 days. In case of anticipated departure or delayed arrival, you will have to pay 70% of the entire tariff for the first three days and 50% from the fourth day on. Bad weather or bad snow conditions are not accepted as reasons for early departure.
Renunciation insurance:
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With the cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
Therefore we recommend you:
Your reservation will be valid only after you have paid the deposit and received a written confirmation from us. The deposit required amounts to 250,00 € per person/week (by cheque or postal order).
The quoted prices include service charge, visitor's tax and duties.There is no refunding for meals which have not been consumed.
FOR THE BILLS SETTLEMENT WE ACCEPT CASH OR CHEQUES.
We kindly request our guests to fix their arrival and departure during the weekend. Check-in time: 2 p.m. Check-out time: 11 a.m.
Arrival:
From South: Brennero motorway until Bolzano Nord, then state road until Prato Isarco and then road to Fiè, Siusi, Alpe di Siusi, Saltria.
From Nord: take the motorway until Chiusa and then the main road to Ponte Gardena, Castelrotto, Alpe di Siusi, Saltria. The access roads are well cleared in winter. However, we advise you bring winter tyres and snow chains for your car.
Bus service from Compatsch to the Saltria Valley.
The Hotel Floralpina is situated in the heart of the Nature Park Alpe di Siusi and can therefore reached by car only with a special permit which will be given to you by the Information Office in St. Valentin at your arrival. If you arrive outside the office hours, the permit will be issued by the hotel reception. The permit allows you to reach the hotel and leave the hotel during your stay, however only certain times in the morning, in the afternoon and at night will be permitted. Arrival and departure day it does not matter the hour of the transit.
