Facilities free of charge:
Wellness Area (approximately 520 m²): indoor swimming-pool, 3 different saunas, hot whirlpool, Kneipp hydrotherapy cure, fitness area, Juice- water- and tea corner, fruits, Car park, Garage. Heated outdoor swimmingpool, childrens playground.
Against payment:
for a stay of more than 3 days a bathrobe and slippers will be included in the price. For short stays there will be charged 8,00 Euros for rental.
Children are allowed only with grownups assistance to the swimmingpools. The parents have full responsibility for their children. Respect other guest!
"Four legs friends": Euro 10,00 to 20,00 per day (no food provided). Out of respect for the other guests, dogs are not allowed into the dining room and the indoor swimming-pool. We advise you to bring your own cover or basket.
Your reservation will be valid only after you have paid the deposit and received a written confirmation from us. The deposit required amounts to Euro 200,00 per person/week.

The prices may be subject to variations.
In case of anticipated departure or delayed arrival you will have to pay 70% of the price for the first three days and 50% from the fourth day on. Bad weather or snow conditions are not a valid reason for cancelling the booking .
Renunciation insurance:
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With the cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
Therefore we recommend you:
Services against payment: Wireless-Lan connection for personal laptop in the housebar is available, we charge Euro 4,00 per hour.
Massages and different baths.
The appointments that where not cancelled 24 hours before, will be put on the bill.
Out of respect for the guests that reserved the room after your leaving, smoking in the hotel's room and bathroom is strictly forbidden.
We would like to mention that organisational reasons won't allow us to respect always the room preferences of our guests but we will respect the category of the confirmed room.
PS. Categorie of rooms for short staying cannot be guaranteed. Prices will be according to the categorie.
Rooms can be either in the main house or in Hubertus, where there is no lift.
For the bills settlement we accept cash or cheques or cards.(Visa - Mastercard)
We prefer arrival and departure on the week-ends.

How to reach us:
From south: Brennero motorway until Bolzano Nord, then main road until Prato Isarco and then road to Fiè, Siusi, Alpe di Siusi, Saltria.
From north: motorway until Chiusa and then the state road to Ponte Gardena, Castelrotto, Alpe di Siusi, Saltria.
The Sporthotel Floralpina is situated in the hearth of the Natural Parc Alpe di Siusi and therefore only reachable with a special permission given from the Ranger at the entrance of the natural parc. If office is closed please ask at the reception of the hotel to print out your permission. During your stay you are allowed to leave the parc by car till 10 a.m. or after 5 p.m.

You can make one-day trips to interesting places in the surroundings, like Bolzano, Bressanone and Merano, Messners Mountain Museum Firmian, South Tyrol's Museum of Archaeology ("Ötzi" - the Similaun Ice Man), the gardens of Trautmansdorff Castle.
